BEAUTIFUL REFERENCE BOOKS

I have always enjoyed beautiful reference books. I remember spending so much time going through my parent’s and grand-parent’s reference books (even before knowing to read), browsing through, gazing at the beautiful pictures, curious to know more (and wishing I was able to read by myself to learn about all those beautiful animals and plants!).

As my son and daughter are getting older (J. is 4.5 years old, M. is 17 months), we find ourselves looking more and more at reference books.

After Christmas, I will even organise a dedicated bookshelf near a comfy reading nook: perfect for Sunday afternoon family hygge!

Here are our reference books must-haves!

An Anthology of Intriguing Animals

More than 100 intriguing animals are presented in this beautifully illustrated anthology, arranged from biggest to smallest. The shiny golden cover and sides makes it even more beautiful – and special.

A must-have for every animal-lover.

At home, this is one of our favorites: we enjoy looking at the pictures, reading infos here and there and opening the book to any page and discover something new!
